How do I configure a wireless /ethernet router? What number do I type in the browser address bar? - can you string 2 wireless routers together

I am trying to configure a small network with 2-desktops. I'm using Ethernet cables and a spare router to help connect them in touch. However, I do not know how to enter, and the router configuration and configuration settings.

I know there are a number of digits with the times, but what do I know the number? Where can I look to find the number for? This is a Netopia router.

I think typing in a web browser that looks like the address bar of Firefox and allows me to access and view the settings and configuration of the router. I do not understand how.
