Are any of the Beachbody Workouts ok to do with bad knees? - jammed knees
I would be something like 10 minutes Trainer, Turbo Jam, wrap or too risky, but I fear that perhaps too hard on the knees. Anyone who has had problems with his knees to make these exercises?

I am a coach with Beachbody Bum knee (osteoarthritis injury in school 20 years ago). I have all these programs and Slim in 6, P90X smooth
There are a number of important things to do to make it easier on the knees
1. Good footwear is required. Make sure they have enough cushioning. Cross-trainer should do it.
2. Pad your floor. You can Interlocking Floor Pads Training in any sports store. I have also purchased the carpet Plyometrics Beachbody. The extra thick padding. I have it in the top pads for blocking a second layer of cushion.
3. Listen to your body. If such removal of some defects of the knee. Substitute other exercises like walking knee-high in this section. Only to find a way to keep burning calories too.
4. If you throw squats or interfere in the knee, do not go so deep. The stress on the knee this happens, as in the deeper parts of the parade. If you have problems, do not go much above 45 degrees.
Good luck
